TMJ Masterclass Training

Dr. Lorio completed the eight-level Occlusion Connections (OC) Gneuromuscular (GNM) Masterclass curriculum as well as related training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.

The courses provide clinical insights on diagnosing and treating TMJ disorders, with several solutions not covered in modern dental curriculum.

What This Means for TMJ Patients

Dr. Lorio brings a science-backed approach to TMJ treatment that evaluates the jaw's structure as well as the interconnected muscles and nerves surrounding the joint.

In order to try helping you relieve your TMJ symptoms, his goal is to get to the source of your jaw dysfunction.  Therefore, he strives to re-establish physiologic stability.

Dr. Lorio is one of only 20 dentists in the United States who've completed the OC GNM Masterclass curriculum for TMJ disorder treatment.

He is also the only dentist in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee with this distinction for treating TMJ problems. Dr. Lorio has been a TMJ disorder resource for many patients and doctors in the region.
